The Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Statutory Framework recommends all early years providers to have at least one person to have a paediatric first aid certificate. Our courses meet the requirements set by the EYFS by offering a Level 3 qualification.
These courses are suitable for anyone who works around young children. Trainees will learn how to deliver emergency paediatric first aid to a child who is unresponsive or injured. Other training skills taught include; Allergies and Anaphylactic shock, Minor and Serious Bleeding, Burns, Choking, and more.
During the course, not only will you learn how to deliver first aid to young children, but you will also learn how to plan for emergency situations.
