Our therapist, John Armitage, works with individuals and groups within the workplace across a wide range of personal and professional subjects. John works closely with Sam Kendall, developing bespoke training for organisations. These sessions offer flexible, supportive and evidence-based coaching and training designed to improve wellbeing, resilience and performance. - Integrated therapy for stress, anxiety and overwhelm: blending therapeutic approaches to help individuals manage pressure, emotional overload and persistent stress
